GUNLAND Fulfillment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: Jan, 01, 2025

At GUNLAND, we provide marketing strategy, creative execution, and consulting services on a retained or hourly basis. All work is performed under a signed agreement or formal statement of work (SOW), tailored to each client’s specific needs. We do not sell physical products or downloadable goods through our website.

Fulfillment of Services

Services are initiated only after a written agreement is executed between GUNLAND and the client. Each project or retainer includes a defined scope, timeline, deliverables, and billing structure. Fulfillment of services is typically provided via digital communication, virtual meetings, file delivery, and/or in-person consultation, as specified in the agreement.

Billing & Invoicing

Clients are billed according to the terms outlined in their individual agreements, either on a retained (monthly) or hourly basis. Invoices are issued following the timeline and structure agreed upon, and payment is due per the terms stated on the invoice (typically, Recurring – Due Upon Receipt, Net 15 or Net 30).

Refund Policy

Because our work is custom and service-based, we do not offer refunds once work has begun or deliverables have been provided. However, if a client believes there is a billing error or fulfillment issue, we encourage them to reach out directly to resolve it promptly.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel ongoing work or terminate retainers with written notice according to the terms specified in their agreement (typically a 30-day or 90-day notice period, with an included cancellation fee, which will be included in the agreement, MSA, or SOW). Any hours or deliverables completed prior to cancellation will be invoiced and are due per standard terms.

Dispute Resolution

We strive to deliver high-quality service and maintain clear communication. If there is ever a concern about deliverables, scope, or billing, please contact us directly at lynn@thegunland.com, and we will work in good faith to resolve the matter quickly and fairly.
